Hindu magic- Ganapathy immersion in Riverside Ceremony

welcome to a new series of autumn & winter rituals and workshops I am facilitating.. as part of my ‘London Woodland Witches & pagans’ meetup communities. Starting it off is the Ganapathy immersion in river Hindu ritual in Richmond .. by riverbank.

At this small ceremony by riverside in Richmond, in a quiet area, we will perform a small Ganesh pooja, make small statues of Ganapthy using floour-water paste (safe for environment) and then immerse them in the river with our prayers and wishes for good fortunes.
All welcome.

There will be a simple consecration rite, followed by mantra chants, arti (flame & incense blessing), a quiet moment of meditation. Then we’ll ceremoniously take the sculpted Ganapathy figures and immerse them in the river.

Welcome to QuantumPhoenix blogs by Mani.

I am an initiated Wiccan High Priest with almost 30yrs of Wicca, Paganism & Coven experiences in London. I began my wiccan path in mid 90’s by studying under Craft elders Dr.Vivianne Crowley & Chris Crowley. I have a Physics B.Sc degree, training in Transpersonal Psychology & counselling, and I tend to blend some Hindu & Shamanic practices into pagan rituals.

Faced with an interview I gave for an online radio station long time ago, where my pagan beliefs were unfairly attacked’ with misleading views but I was not then given a right of reply, I vowed never to be edited, censored for my views.. And I started this blog `QuantumPhoenix’ . I also started my Youtube channel (Gaian2012) to put forth my voice openly. Since then many websites and social accounts have come and gone. I’ve now streamlined and maintain the blog, YT, and only 2 websites, (and facebook & instagram).

In 2004, my friends & I started an outdoor ritual group called `Hern’s Tribe’ , and in 2006, my then partner April & I began Thames rituals’ (Tamesa London Circle). Both are still active and hold private & public rituals.

It was in 2014, that I founded `London Woodland Witches & Pagans (meetup) which has grown to be an umbrella group for so many of our Rituals, courses, workshops and many social events for pagans. These are held in public several woods, parks and riversides in and around London to make it accessible to everyone.
