Did I say the dust will settle by Thursday / Friday and we’ll see how the landscape within and without has changed by then?
Well, apologies readers! I’ve been `affected’ by some energies, and was wondering why…so I took a look..and am sorry to say, we seem to have a few days of some squares and oppositions coming up between today 24th and 27th August!
On 24th (today) there brews (already feeling it?) the venus-square-pluto. This is bound to have implications on relationships, arts and any finances.. and the pluto effect has the potential to add a crunch point.. compressing matters.. (my favorite way of looking at it is `passing an elephant through the eye of a needle!’) and cranking up intensity! But what results is a new perspective and transformation!
25th sees Mercury opposing Neptune.. ! Both can affect the mind..in different ways.. One creates activity…(mercury), and the other, while inspiring, can also give rise to confusions.. or escapism tendencies (if reality gets too much to deal with). Contracts and agreements should be looked at carefully…and it may also be a highly creative time..for new ideas and ideals to surface out of this stress.
26th sees Venus opposing Uranus! Back to social situations, love, wealth and friendships..being affected unexpectedly then! This, while being stressful can be a dynamic time.. shocks, twists and turns.. hedonistic tendencies…and new `encounters’ are possible..out of the blue!
27th – double whammy on this day am afraid. There is a Sun-opposition to Neptune.. and a Venus-square-Jupiter on this day. Health can be affected..perhaps a deeply confusing time for life directions… aggravated by relationship or financial problems.. The opposition requires compromises…and squares require action!! Sun’s in Virgo…so be practical.. in resolving any nebulous affairs, and take action on those matters of religion, relationship, finances or social interactions that are going astray!
There are some positive influences taking place at the same time too.. Sun conjuncts Mercury (24th); venus quintiles Mars (25th); Mercury sextiles Saturn (27th)…and just as we come out of these, we get under the influence of a mercury trine pluto (28th), Sun sextile saturn (30th) and Mercury sextile Jupiter (31st)…during the last few days of the month.
What that means is after dark comes light..and the month ends on a good note..with opportunity for talking or communication that can be far reaching and transforming, laying out some long term plans for the Self, and getting involved with commercial ventures that could expand your horizons!
