We’ve been holding Full moon ceremonies & other rituals by the banks of river Thames – in central London, Hammersmith, Putney & Richmond – since 2006! (Under the group name `Tamesa London Circle’). Five years ago these evolved into Thames-Isis rituals (Isidias Navigatum in March, Birthday of Goddess Isis in July, Quests of Isis in October, Submerging Sekhmet and so on).
We continue to hold monthly full moon ceremonies by the river banks in central London, as it seems easily accessible to many and popular. The dates for TLC full moon rituals are now set for April, May & June 2018 (In July, it is an eclipse, so the ceremony will be different). Events are already set up for my meetup group `London Woodland Witches Pagans & Ritual Magicians’ (link at the bottom).
TLC: Scorpio / Beltane Full Moon Ceremony by river Thames (29Apr18, London)
Ginger up some love spells before Beltane!! This is the eve of a Scorpio full moon (known as Beltane moon, Honey moon) and we’ll be gathering literally in the potent 7 hours prior to the Full moon! (Full moon is this night at 00:58hrs). The Thames tide is lowest at 9.15pm. So Let us come together and honour the Lady of the Moon, Father Thames, and Tamesa the Serpent of London.. and blend it all and do magic at the Heart of London.

Farsight! Aim your sights to distant Horizons This is the night of Full moon in the firey sign of Sagittarius – half man half horse, the archer, warrior!

This is the night of Full moon in the Earthy sign of Capricorn – realm of the mystical Sea-Goat!! Basic details
No prior knowledge or experiences of wicca or ritual magic is necessary for you to attend this. Just come with an open mind. Be friendly and non-intrusive. Connect with others, and join in the ceremony.
Outline:
Creating sacred space with consecrations, circle, calling of elemental quarters, energy raising with chant & circle dance, invocations of deity & tamesa serent, full moon magical work, blessing of food & drinks, feasting/ social, tidy-up, visit to local pu if time permits.
Fee: Suggested donation : £3 appreciated. Thank you.
Meeting point:
Gather outside the Green area of Tate Modern Gallery (main doors). We’ll walk down to the banks of Thames and do this ceremony. If you are late, just find the steps, walk down to river bank, and join us. We’re usually under the concrete over-hang/ sheltered space. Thames & Tides:
Our rituals tale place on the actual river bank…just few meters away from the water, but in a secluded spot..where there is usually some sand. We organise these Thames-rituals after checking Port of London authority Thames Tide time tables.. to take place at low tide.. (At high tide the entire river bank is under many meters of water!!).
Safety:
The steps are slippery. bank of Thames after previous tide will be full of new things and sharp objects. Take extreme care with your own health & safety. You are responsible for your safety.

What to bring:
• Please dress appropriate for weather! (we carry on Rituals regardless of weather).
• Please bring food & drinks to share ( bread & cheese / humus are a good start) and any soft drink/wine that you like to share with others in circle.
• a torchlight is a good idea. Feasting/ sharing food & Drinks:
After the ritual circle on the river bank is completed, some people leave for home. Others stay behind to socialise. We tend to go back up to street level, to the grassy green area outside Tate Modern Gallery and socialise/ share food & drinks.. If it’s raining, we just go to the nearby Pub within sight.
