Dear all.. apologies for the short notice on this.. Am facilitating the monthly Tamesa/ Wicca Full moon ritual by the banks of river Thames this evening in central London. For this and other upcoming open rituals that I facilitate in London, please visit my meetup group `London Woodland witches & Outdoor Pagans’ (link at the bottom).
Dear all.. following the previous full moon ritual by Thames, many have shown much interest. Also with much going on in London, there seems to be a need to do more positive, regular, magical workings in central London. So am scheduling a few more monthly full moon rituals in central london by the banks of river Thames. These will be held near the full moons in July, August & September, by the banks of river Thames in central London.
Ritual Date: Friday 7th July’17.
We’ll sweep away negativity, consecrate ourselves with blessed salt/water/ incense and candle, cast a magic circle, call on the 4 elemental quarters/guardians of the WatchTowers, seek support from the spirit of the place/ Tamesa, evoke the God & Goddess..and do our magic..and then share blessed cakes & wine.
No prior knowledge or experiences of wicca or ritual magic is necessary for you to attend this. Just come with an open mind. Be friendly and non-intrusive. Connect with others, and join in the ceremony.
Let us come together and honour the Lady of the Moon, and Father Thames, and Tamesa the Serpent of London.. and blend it all and do magic…
Let us work magic..at the Heart of London.

Join us to celebrate Midsummer 2017.. with ceremony & socials. We’ll drum, dance and make merry …after the ceremony to honour the Sun that’s reached the height of his power. We’ll also be marking/ celebrating our own personal achievements 🙂
date: Saturday 17th June 2017.
Duration: 2pm to 5pm. (meeting from 1.30pm)
`This marks the height of the Summer, and the longest day of the year. Astrologically, it is exactly the point when the Sun enters the sign of Cancer (which is the natural house of the Moon!). The new-born Sun of the midwinter (Yule) has grown to it’s fullest potential, and so pagans are mindful at Midsummer that the wheel turns. It is when the previously defeated Holy-King returns, challenges the Oak-King and wins. Thus at Midsummer, the rein of the Oak King ends and the one of Holy King begins. Midsummer games such as tug of war enact this battle between summer and winter forces. In terms of the God myths, it is a time for the God to become Sun-King, and take his place on the throne of responsibility for his people’

Dear all, it’s no secret that am a follower of King Arthur Uther Pendragon. Tomorrow.. King Arthur Pendragon will be in London giving a talk at Nova Stellar meetup (run by organiser of South London Wicca meetup – yea we’re all connected). So come join us..but come early..as the place is bound to be full 🙂 See you there. Bright Blessings.-Mani Navasothy
here’s the details ..and link to `South London Wicca’s event page for this.
King Arthur Pendragon is the leader of what has become known as the Warrior Arm of the modern Druid movement, The Loyal Arthurian Warband. He is a veteran of the anti-roads movement of the 1990s and has been arrested – mostly for trespass – more than 30 times.
He is famous for his legal battles with English Heritage over Stonehenge in Wiltshire. He campaigned for the removal of the four-mile exclusion zone which was established each year during the summer solstice. On 19 October 1998, with assistance from Liberty, he had his case heard by the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. The court decided in favour of the UK government but the exclusion zone was lifted the following year.
In June 2008, he set up a protest camp, demanding free access to Stonehenge for everyone. He demanded that the fences should be removed, and that the A344 and A303 should be closed or redirected. He occupied the byway for ten months, and obtained 8,000 signatures in support of his petition. He defied a court order from Wiltshire Council to close the camp and only ended his protest on after English Heritage announced plans to move a section of the A303 underground, and to create a new visitor centre about a mile and a half away from the stones.
In August 2011, he unsuccessfully filed a High Court appeal calling for the cremated remains of more than forty bodies, which had been exhumed, to be immediately reburied. He has also voiced his opposition to English Heritage’s plan to display three more sets of human remains at the new visitor centre, claiming that out of respect to the ancient British ancestors, replica bones should be on view instead.
He still conducts ceremony four times a year, from small gatherings of hundreds at the equinoxes to tens of thousands at Midsummer. His biography ‘The Trials of Arthur’ has been published by journalist C.J. Stone

People will be ushered out by 8am next morning (after Sunrise has been observed)..and car park will close at 12noon.
I shall be heading that way to celebrate, drum and greet sunrise, and take a few photos/ videos..and perhaps do a personal ceremony with few friends.. I’ll share pictures afterwards here on my blog. Meanwhile, here’s a Video I made from my Midsummer visit to Stonehenge last year (2015).

Back in August 2015, I began `sleeping in the garden’ for a few days – that extended to few weeks..It was okay because it was summer time..
But then a quest began.. I decided to stay a bit longer and enjoy being connected to nature, mark the cycles, be invaded by foxes, feel storms and rains shake my tent and so on..
Then I thought let’s test myself by being out there for Winter…and it worried me (am the weakling-guy who used to get sick all the time if i got wet or had a small injury)..
Now..well, winter has come and gone.. ! While mother Earth held me and sister willow watched over me, the elements have torn me and stripped me to the bone and soul, and re-built me.
Am constantly aware of the plights of homeless people in streets.. and surely will do something soon about it..
Summer is almost here.. along with a new threat …pollens.. and I’ve become `used’ to being out.. Used to getting, coming into the house, wash and go about my life.but at night finish up.. go into garden..see clear skies, planets (Jupiter is there every night).. see the moon wax..wane and wax again.. and go into my tent…set up candles (around tent) and inside.. put on my chanting music in earphones..wrap up and fall asleep..with gods and magical things in mind!
Yes there have been ups and downs.. moments of solitudes turning to loneliness..but that’s no so much a physical but a mental thing or one of the heart..
This has been quite an empowering thing.. grounding..connecting to nature.. going deeply within to face my own darkness and shadows, tuning into my own energies & power, finding more humility but also becoming more assertive & confident in a quiet way. I have nothing to prove..Am alive..and there are wonderful people in my life.. so many new people and things have entered my life…and much of the old has been reviewed, healed and transformed.. ..and life’s mysteries (and my-Story) is still unfolding..
There is so much to say about all the insights, learnings, ideas, thoughts and revelations that are flooding my hear & mind.. The work is ongoing (for now). And I’ll share more of it over the coming weeks and months..
Bright Earthly Blessings

Our Wicca Full moon Rituals are ideal for people interested in Wicca & Witchcraft. They provide an Introduction to Wicca, Witchcraft & Ritual Magic – for all new comers and beginners, and Seekers of The Craft. Consisting of friendly and informal introductions, they then move on to a formal Wiccan Ritual – facilitated by me – Mani Navasothy (Initiated Wiccan of 20 years, Gardnerian High Priest).
Note- Our Wicca Full moon Ritual gatherings are returning after a month gap, by popular request. Those interested in joining our closed training coven should first attend these wicca full moon rituals and gain some practical experience.
Wiccan Ritual Outline:
-Preparing space & setting up Altar. (done by Ritual Team separately)
-Run-through- Lead facilitator Mani (High Priest) will explain outline of Ritual, delegate any roles. Brief Q&A.
-Enter Ritual space with reverence.
-Opening prayers and /or Meditation (chakra or other)
-Consecrations with salt & water, incense, candles
-Casting magic Circle
-Calling elemental quarters
-Invocations / prayers to Moon Goddess & Horned God
-Cakes & Wine blessing
-Closing & Grounding work
– Feasting, Socialising…
————**Admission fee: £3 (new from May’16) **—————
What to bring:
***Please dress appropriate for weather! *** We are tired of seeing people who attend with thin / minimum clothing, and then become cold quickly. (a) If you are cold, you can not focus on the ritual / magic , and (b), Seeing someone else being cold severely distracts the others from focusing on their own magical work.
**Please DO bring some food (sensible snacks.. bread & cheese / humus are a good start) and any soft drink/wine that you like to share with others in circle. Social element/ feasting together is an important aspect of Wiccan rituals.
** Our rituals may start in twilight, but often end when it’s already nightfall.. So a torchlight is a great tool to have as `standard’ in your travel bag for woodland rituals, as well as a blanket / small ground sheet to sit on.
What ritual tools / items to bring
– A wand a or athame – if you have one. Please make sure you observer the law on carrying knives (any such item must be packed during transport, so that it can not be quickly `pulled out’ and used.
-your own magical items – crystals, tarot etc.
-A robe/ cloak to wear
What NOT To BRING
– please DO NOT bring used candles, or candles that already have magical work done on them.
-do not bring pre-made charms/ talismans for the purpose of `charging them up’ ..
Training & Personal Magical development:
These are training circles. Introduction & explanations of many aspects of the ritual are given through out, and you’ll be given opportunities to take certain minor or major roles in the ritual. Major roles will need preparation and learning beforehand, so will be offered to those attending regularly and training with this group.
If you attend these regularly, you can build up a sound practical experience of all aspects of Wicca & Witchcraft. Remember it is traditional for new Seekers to be trained for a year and a day in Wicca – before undergoing any Coven initiations. On a personal level, You may use that as a sensible yard stick, and aim for a year worth of ritual attendance, study and exploration – to become a self-sufficient Wiccan. Along the way, you will either develop your own magical / psychic skills, or fine tune any existing abilities.
Outdoor working with primal forces:
These ritual circles take place in public Woodlands or parks. As they are outdoors, at the mercy of elements (sunshine, storms, snow, fog etc).. it can be hard at times to gather motivation to attend, or while attending, keep focus (if you are cold and getting soaked). But remember.. we `real’ wiccans & Witches do have to work hard .. (but take no foolish risks), push our own personal / Psychological boundaries.. in order to gain Mastery of the Self.. and towards a respectful relationship with elements, entities and world around us!
By being outdoors in nature regularly in a ritual setting, you’ll develop a real magical / psychic attunement & healthy respect to nature’s wild energies, as well as an inner confidence, outdoor ritual experience and dare I say.. empowerment and magical competence… on top of learning/ practising Witchcraft & wicca in the natural wild way it is intended.

Join us for the evening to mark SAMHAIN – the night for honoring our ancestral spirits! Outdoor Samhain is particularly intense because of the real dark (wet, windy) environment among trees and bushes that are already bare …! As evening falls, there is an eeriness that also becomes apparent.. Once at the ritual space, you will be immediately involved in the ritual – of the calling of the DarkLord, and communing with ancestors. Some divination work will commence before feasting
“Samhain is a festival for the dead and ancestors. Death is seen as a transition from one phase of life to another (The Death Card in Tarot has similar meaning), or from one incarnation to the next. This rite invokes the God an Goddess of the underworld. The Dark Lord opens the gateway between our world and the underworld and invites all to feast (commune) with the dead. At Samhain the veil between world is thin, and so it is perfect time for the art of divination and mediumship. On a lighter side, apple bobbing from the cauldron is traditional. Samhain is seen as the New Year in Celtic traditions”. (taken from http://www.WitchcraftandMagic.uk )
